This film was cursed from the start…

today in movie history, may …
1994 – Brandon Lee’s last film “The Crow” was released on this day. Under mysterious circumstances, Lee, the son of actor Bruce Lee, was accidentally shot and killed while filming one of his final scenes. The remainder of Lee’s scenes were filmed with stunt doubles and enhanced with digital compositing techniques. Many of the cast and crew believed the film was cursed, as on the very first day of shooting a carpenter was severely burned when a crane came into contact with live power lines; it was but the first of many accidents on-set.
