Ingenious gadget turns any iPad into an Apple netbook

iPad cases have pretty much sucked — until now. Kensington's new case has a handy built-in Bluetooth QWERTY keypad. Instead of lugging around Apple's external keyboard, the Kensington KeyFolio ($100, October) creates the netbook Apple never made.
KeyFolio's keys are soft and springy, like a real netbook keyboard. It runs on its own power supply for months on a single charge, according to Kensington. Unfortunately, you can't charge your iPad and KeyFolio with one connection; KeyFolio has its own microUSB jack.
Like Apple's case, KeyFolio can be manipulated into varying angled positions for typing and non-typing activities. You can turn off the KeyFolio so the keys are inactive when you flip it around and under so iPad faces up. There's also has a Home key to easily switch apps.
