We've been following the developments over at BPG Motors for a while. But now they've upped the ante with the Uno III, which converts on the go Transformers style into a three wheeled motorcycle.
The electrically powered Uno III can still be ridden like a Segway, using two of its wheels with a balancing gyroscope. But once you hit a predetermined speed, a third wheel slides out from between the other two while the two original wheels move towards the back, turning it into trike that's more stable at higher speeds.
BPG says that the Uno III is essentially what they plan to deliver as a commercial product, with production slated to start next year. My only question is now that it has three wheels, shouldn't it be renamed Trio? PHOTOS
