Nazi zombies are back in 1st gory trailer for Dead Snow 2: Red vs. Dead

Remember that cult hit Dead Snow about Nazi zombies from a few years ago? Well, those undead psychos are back with a vengeance.
It took almost four years to make it happen, but director Tommy Wirkola has returned to helm the sequel about frozen zombie Nazis wreaking a boatload of havoc. Much like the first installment, this one looks to go overboard on the gore and insanity.

Storywise, it seems they’ve set up the sequel to pick up shortly after the events of the first film — which is a wise move, since fans of the original will probably want to see what happens next to the zombie fighter they already know.
Here’s the Sundance synopsis:
If the worst day of your life consisted of accidentally killing your girlfriend with an axe, chain-sawing your own arm off, and watching in horror as your closest friends were devoured by a zombified Nazi battalion, you’d have to assume that things couldn’t get much worse. In Martin’s case, that was only the beginning.
The film is debuting at Sundance, and is set to open theatrically in Norway on Feb. 12. Still no word on U.S. distribution. Check out the trailer below and let us know what you think:
