To supercar or not to supercar? That is the question Infinti execs have been asking themselves for years. If they really wanted to, they could just grab the GT-R platform, slap on some Infiniti badges — and voila! a luxury halo supercar.
Infiniti hasn’t decided to do that (yet), but what they did decide to do was create a Vision GT supercar concept for the new Gran Turismo 6 video game. And by the looks of it, it’s going to be a wonderful looking thing.
From these two teaser photos, the concept seems to draw some inspiration from the Q80 and Emerg-e concepts. It’s got a long, sweeping profile, but with a few more aggressive features tacked on for good measure.
Power? You’re guess is as good as ours. Considering this is a supercar built specifically for a video game, though, it will probably feature some ridiculous laser-powered, hydrogen-fueled twin-charged V10. Or more realistically, a twin-turbo six from the GT-R.
You’ll have to wait a few more days until it’s released in full.
