Fusion-io manufactures the ioDrive, a PCI Express-based Solid State Disk (SSD) drive. Fusion-io claims the ioDrive is capable of performance comparable to DRAM and storage capacity parallel to hard disks — the ioDrive is available in 80GB, 160GB and 320GB capacities.
