Technically this is a "disrespectful little bastard of the day" news item but I didn't want to use that as a headline. I wonder what kind of "presents" they have waiting for this kid in jail? 
Alexander Torres, 18, of Moraine Street in Brockton was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery and malicious damage to a motor vehicle, according to Brockton Police Lt. Bruce Zeidman. Zeidman said Torres did not get an iPhone he wanted for Christmas.
