Okay, Tin Foil Hat Brigade stand at attention. A small, disposable surveillance computer was introduced on Friday at the Shmoocon security conference in Washington. It is aptly known as the F-BOMB and developed with funding from DARPA by Brendan O’Connor, a grad student. The entire cost of building the unit is under $50 bucks, so no retrieval is necessary. Just toss, spy and forget it. Makes you feel sorta warm and fuzzy all over doesn’t it?
