As the Lamborghini Gallardo still fresh off the assembly line, the Huracan LP610-4 is getting ready
to dress its brand new Super Trofeo suit for the Lamborghini Accademia
program starting this year, so we created a rendering of what we think
it will look like (above).
Those of you that are not familiar with the initiative, the Lamborghini Accademia is part of the Lamborghini Squadra Corse program and provides customers with intensive driving courses at the Imola race track. It essentially prepares amateur drivers for real world racing by means of two programs. Customers who want to stick to weekend track days can attend the intensive course, while those willing to take it up a notch and race at a professional or pro-am level can do so by signing up for the advanced program with a team of experience racing instructors.
Although the Huracan Super Trofeo is only available through Lamborghini’s Accademia for now, the supercar will soon take on the tracks in a series of its own, much like the Gallardo Super Trofeo did.

The drivetrain will likely remain unchanged, but we figure Lamborghini will improve the Huracan’s braking power by means of larger discs and more efficient brake ducts. A slight chassis tune should also improve dynamics to go with the increased downforce provided by the aero package. With 610 horsepower and 413 pound-feet of torque at its disposal, the Huracan Super Trofeo will most certainly put a smile on many faces. LINK

Improved Aerodynamics, Racy Looks
The Huracan LP610-4 Super Trofeo is not yet ready to show its face in public, but our brand-new rendering comes in to shed some light on its race-spec add-ons. Much like the Gallardo Super Trofeo, the Huracan will be distinguished by an aerodynamic body kit that will improve the supercar’s performance and handling on the track. Notable features will include an enhanced front spoiler with side winglets, revised side skirts and intakes, a fixed rear wing, and a reshaped rear diffuser. Every addition will increase the Huracan’s carbon-fiber components, with more weight to be shaved off by means of a slightly stripped interior. The drivetrain will likely remain unchanged, but we figure Lamborghini will improve the Huracan’s braking power by means of larger discs and more efficient brake ducts.
