My heart, it doesn’t know what to believe anymore. Everyone – I mean, everyone – is looking forward to an all-new Supra. It’s understandable, as we haven’t seen a Supra on the market for a good while.
But there’s been a lot of back and forth regarding the new project. Will it or won’t it happen? According to some new reports, though— it will happen. Probably. Maybe. Eventually.
In a new interview, “Munich-based BMW” said that the BMW/Toyota joint sports car project “has moved on to the concept phase and is running according to plan.” Good news. Very good news.
The joint project will be part of BMW and Toyota’s new sports car platform. One will be the new Z4, and the other will (hopefully) be the new Supra. No one really knows when that car will actually come to life.
