A new study has found that a little more than a third of the United States population does not tweet or post on some of the most popular social networking sites on the planet. As a result, he found out that roughly 34.5 per cent of internet users didn't even have a login for either site - a conclusion startlingly similar to that of the Pew Internet survey conducted earlier this year.
