To the rescue! Brad Pitt stepped in forAngelina Jolie at the Los Angeles premiere ofUnbroken on Monday, Dec. 15, and brought with him their eldest kids Maddox, 13, Pax, 11, andShiloh, 8.
Pitt and Jolie's kids were all dressed up for their mom's big night, wearing matching black suits and looking all grown up. Pitt, who also filled in for his wife earlier in the day at the UnbrokenRoger Deakins Image Exhibition, opted for an all-black ensemble as well.

In an interview with E! News, Jolie, who is suffering from chickenpox, said she'd allow her kids to see the film despite it's mature World War II focus.
"It's PG-13," Jolie told E! during a sit-down interview. "My boys — one is 13, one is 11 but he's a mature 11 — will see it, but I think I might actually show my younger children. I think they could handle it because they understand film," she explained. "They know the difference of what is real and what isn't, because it's heavy for [kids] under 13. But they all knew Louis [Zamperini]. They want to see it because it's Louis."
The Oscar winner, who directed the flick which revolves around the late war hero, revealed to fans she'd be missing the premiere due to chickenpox.
"I just want to be clear and honest about why I will be missing the Unbroken events in the next few days," she said in the clip posted to Facebook. "I found out last night that I have chickenpox. I will be home, itching and missing everyone. I can't believe it cause this film means so much to me… I just can't believe it, but such is life. There it is."
