nVidia demos 'world's fastest graphics card'

Here's a neat little video of an nVidia man showing off the new GeForce GTX 590 - proclaimed to be the "world's fastest graphics card", didn't you know?

If you're the type that likes techy numbers, here's a section of nVidia's blurb that we couldn't be bothered to translate into normal English:

With a combined 1024 NVIDIA CUDA architecture cores, 3GB of GDDR5 memory, 6 billion transistors and over 2200 individual components all packed into an 11 inch dual slot card, the GTX 590 delivers a staggering 32 tessellation engines that can power today's cutting edge DX11 games at resolutions of 2560x1600 and higher.

What that means in real life is that this card is totally insane, and can run three giant panels at high-resolution AND in stereoscopic 3D without breaking a sweat, as you'll see in the below video.

Oh, and it's $700. Good luck with that.
