Google's most followed Google+ user is not a musician, a celebrity or even Google's own CEO, Larry Page. No, the user with the most followers on Google's new social network is none other than Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg.
According to the Next Web-created Google+ statistics counter(currently in beta), Zuckerberg has rounded up a total of 21,213 followers while Google's own Larry Page is sitting on a keen 14,798 fans in second place.
The list of Google's most followed + users is, for now, dominated by Google employees (Vic Gundotra, Sergey Brin, and Matt Cutts) and technology journalists (Robert Scoble, Leo Laporte, MG Siegler andGina Trapani).

It will be interesting to see how Google+'s top followers list changes when Google starts a wider roll-out of the social networking service.
