"Dead browser walking" and a "bullet to the head?" Are we sure we are talking about browsers here? I can't imagine any of you guys still using old busted browsers but what about your friends and relatives? 
Known in the past for taking a soft touch when it comes to forcing users to update their browsers, Microsoft's pulling off the kid gloves and going for a bullet to the head.
