There are lots of ways to convince people that space exploration is something worth defending and investing in—even though you'd think, as Neil DeGrasse Tyson does, that tying the science of exploration into a vigorous national defense would be enough. But maybe all that was missing was a stirring Peter Cullen voiceover.
There are a bunch of actors NASA could've gone to to narrate this rah-rah-space video, but none of them (save James Earl Jones) brings the same stentorian sci-fi cred as Cullen, the indispensable heart of the Transformers franchise.
Seriously: I'm pretty sure that guy could command water to flow uphill.
