Fresh off its $368.2M win over Apple, the patent holding company VirnetX has filed another patent infringement lawsuit against the iPhone maker, this time over FaceTime.
The patent holding and security software company, which yesterday said it won an earlier suit against Apple in a Texas court, how now slapped the electronics giant with a new lawsuit. Like the prior complaint, VirnetX is accusing Apple of infringing on four of its networking patents through the use of FaceTime.
