The wait is finally over, Battlestar Galactica fans. The prequel series Blood & Chrome has arrived, and we have the first two action-packed episodes right here.
Following the young, hotshot pilot William Adama (Luke Pasqualino) during the first Cylon war, the first two episodes of the new Syfy web series find the future admiral learning the ropes as a young soldier just out of training.
New installments in the 10-episode web series will continue to roll out in the coming weeks over at Machinima, and an unrated Blu-ray and DVD release of the series will hit shelves Feb. 19, 2013. The full series will also air as a TV-movie on Syfy in February 2013.

Ensign William Adama (Luke Pasqualino), barely in his 20′s and a recent Academy graduate, finds himself assigned to the newest battlestar in the colonial fleet: The Galactica. He quickly clashes with his co-pilot, Coker Fasjovik (Ben Cotton), a war-weary officer with just 47 days left on his tour of duty.
