Just last year, Bryan Singer was teasing us about his "very cool" new Battlestar Galacticamovie.
So what’s happening with the planned reboot to the '80s TV series?
Well, as you know, Bryan Singer is getting busy working on the highly anticipated X-Men: Days of Future Past, and the film’s keeping the director-producer pretty much occupied.
In fact, it seems like the news just keeps on coming for that flick (and pretty awesome news at that).
Speaking to Coming Soon about Days of Future Past, Singer talked about his eagerly awaited Battlestar Galactica reboot, and, as you can imagine, the news is not so hot:
"I have that one on hold for a moment, so hopefully, I'd love to be able to get back to that, but for now I'm just focused on this X-Men business."
Considering the news broke way back when in 2009, we guess a couple more years of waiting won’t kill us. But if Days of Future Past is as successful as we expect it to be, Singer may put the Battlestar reboot on hold for a loooong while.
