Olivia Wilde reveals what she'd like to see in a Tron sequel

Last we heard, work was slowly moving forward on a sequel to 2010’s Tron: Legacy, but we still don’t know exactly what to expect from the revitalized sci-fi classic. Luckily, co-star Olivia Wilde has opened up about what she’d like to see in a follow-up.

Wilde, who co-starred as Flynn’s apprentice, was a great addition to the franchise as the ISO Quorra. She played a key role in the sequel film, most notably the ending, and that final scene was the perfect setup for a closing chapter to the trilogy.
With Quorra playing such a key role, the actress has revealed she’d like to see more character developing if Tron 3 ever actually gets off the ground. Quorra was ready to change the world, and Wilde sounds like she’d still love to see her do it.
Check out her interview with HitFix below:
Of course, Tron: Legacy didn’t exactly light up the box office, and barely broke even with its $170 million budget and U.S. haul. But it fared a little better internationally, banking a total of $400 million in its theatrical run. Solid numbers, and hopefully enough to finally get that next movie off the ground.
What do you think about the new Tron? Would you like to see it continue with one more film?
