EA, voted worst company in America two years in a row, voluntarily tripled settlement payouts? That was nice of them. What's that you say? The payout only went from $2 to $6. Never mind, that's still the EA we know and hate. 
If you bought these games for PS3, Wii, or Xbox 360, the award has jumped from $1.95 to $5.85. However, it’s possible the final amounts sent out to affected consumers could be lower as the total payout is capped at $27 million.
