As the world eagerly awaits for Apple to unveil the iPad 2 on March 2, what appears to be an eerily detailed mock-up is making the rounds. From what we can tell, the design corroborates with what we've already heard before.
Matching the rumors of yore, this iPad 2 mock-up was supposedly engineered by a Chinese case manufacturer to Apple's exact specs. Aside from being ridiculously thin (the iPad 2 looks to be about half as thin as the current iPad), it also has a much larger grilled speaker and an SD card slot on its new flattened back. The obvious inclusion of dual FaceTime cameras on the front and back are there as well.
The mock-up does look very well done, leading us to believe the iPad 2 that will be announced next week will look very similar to this case maker's dummy. Mark your calendars folks, because next week is going to be a big one. PHOTOS
