Fan-Made Half-Life Trailer Adds New Animations - AWESOME!

It's a simple addition to first-person shooters that can greatly enhance a game's level of immersion: being able to see your character's hands and body when you interact with environments. The animations don't exist in one of the most popular FPS game's of all-time, Valve's crowbar-wielding sci-fi masterpiece, Half-Life -- or at least they didn't until now. See Gordon Freeman's original adventure in a whole new way in this fan-made trailer.

YouTube poster James Benson created the trailer using original models, animation skeletons, and skins, providing the perfect example of why the body animations should be included in all FPS games. See for yourself below:

"Made this trailer for Half-Life mainly over the last 6 weeks, it's about 20% of what I wanted in terms of quality and scope, but I ruined my idea as little as possible and this is what i ended up with," Benson, a 22-year-old U.K. resident wrote on his YouTube page.
