A proposed congressional bill would further overtime exemptions for IT professionals nationwide. TheComputer Professionals Update Act was sponsored by NC Senator Kay Hagen. Congratulations…..all IT workers will now be reclassified as executives. Your Momma would be so proud. 
The proposed text exempts "any employee working in a computer or information technology occupation".
