The folks behind Once Upon a Time are known for making over fairy-tale characters. They have Snow White, Little Red Riding Hood and Rumpelstiltskin, just to name a few. This time, they've really outdone themselves. Check out their revamped version of the devious Captain Hook.
If you watched OUAT's Sunday premiere, you caught a quick glimpse of the captain. He appeared in a short promo following the episode highlighting the season's new characters. Hook is known for being Peter Pan's archnemesis. He's also famous for his swirly mustache and, most importantly, his hook hand!
He'll make his big debut in the Oct. 21 episode, titled "The Crocodile." The role will be played by Irish actor Colin O'Donoghue. The following photo features the character before a certain life-altering event.
Once Upon a Time airs Sundays at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC.
