New Captain America baddie also in Avengers 2

Rumor of the day: New Captain America baddie also in Avengers 2
You just can't keep a good Marvel villain in one movie. In a badass crossover of gun-blazing implications, Crossbones may fight on far beyond The Winter Soldier. Here's how...
During an interview with radio host Matthew Aaron, End of Watch actor Frank Grillo was grilled on his involvement in the upcoming Captain America sequel and whether his Crossbones character would kick more superhero ass in another sequel, to which Grillo responded, "Yeah,It's a good run." Hmm. Sounds like a continuing gig to us.

Aaron's anonymous Marvel informant had apparently let fly the scoop that one of the future Marvel films in which Crossbones will appear after The Winter Soldier is Joss Whedon's The Avengers sequel, adding details that The Grey's Grillo will play Crossbones in a total of three films, with the planned third Captain America movie being his last.
The masked mercenary character of Brock Rumlow, AKA Crossbones, is a henchman of Red Skull and played a major part in 1989's Captain America "Bloodstone Hunt" storyline. He was created by writer Mark Gruenwald and artist Kieron Dwyer and was born into the Marvel universe in Captain America #359. It was Crossbones who seemingly carried out the assassination of Captain America in his memorable "Fallen Son" death arc.
Are you interested in seeing Crossbones in action in Avengers 2 or is he just another costumed criminal cluttering up Whedon's world?
