Has the J.J. Abrams Stranger teaser mystery already been solved?

ll that speculation, Brendon Connelly of Bleeding Cool found this:
That's a postcard handed out to book bloggers back in May at this year's Book Expo America, promoting S., a book conceived by Abrams and written by Dorst that seems steeped in typical Abrams mystery. Here's how publisher Mulholland Books describes it:

At the core of this multilayered literary puzzle of love and adventure is a book of mysterious provenance. In the margins, another tale unfolds—through the hand-scribbled notes, questions, and confrontations of two readers. Between the pages, online, and in the real world, you’ll find evidence of their interaction, ephemera that bring this tale vividly to life.
So how is it connected to the teaser, other than the letter S? Well, as Connelly points out, that font bears a striking resemblance to this:
Does that prove the two are absolutely connected? Probably not, but it's definitely noteworthy, particularly when you remember that the book is coming out a little more than two months from now, making this a good time for some viral promotion.
What do you think? Is "Stranger" a teaser for S., or something else entirely?
