James Gunn's bizarre comedy Super intends to turn the superhero genre on its head—the ultraviolent trailer has already proved that—so we've been looking forward to catching a glimpse of Ellen Page in a superhero costume that WASN'T Kitty Pryde.
Today, Super got a release date (April 1, 2011), and at the same time James Gunn released a few new photos over at his site—one of drug dealer Kevin Bacon chatting with average Joe turned superhero Rainn Wilson, the other of Page in her sidekick garb.
