THE PROTOTYPE OF ACCELERATOR WITH TWO NVIDIA CHIPS GF110 WAS PICTURED IN THE "NAKED" FORM

Have new evidence of development by NVIDIA graphics card based on two 40-nm chips GF110, which we have already reported in the news. Recall, this accelerator is expected to be called NVIDIA GeForce GTX 590 and aims to compete with two-chip adapter AMD Radeon HD 6990, also known under the codename Antilles.
The prototype of accelerator with two NVIDIA chips GF110 was pictured in the "naked" form

One of China's resources published photos prototype video card with two GPUs NVIDIA GF110, presented in a "naked" form, ie without the cooling system. Judging from the picture presented, this graphics accelerator, called the source of GTX 595, has both the GPU on one PCB and has three slots for video output DVI. The latter means that the adapter is capable of supporting a connection of three monitors, and alone, the regime of 3D Vision Surround.

In addition, there are 3 GB of shared video memory (1,5 GB per GPU), where each GPU has a system of six memory chips on the open side for a review of the PCB. As for the power subsystem, it includes two power connector 8-pin PCIe c. We note and support Mode 2-way SLI.
