The Chinese government filters the entire internet in the country, keeping the population from reading things that speak ill against the communist government. You can't find any info the government doesn't want you to see. That is, unless you have a 3G Kindle.
Yes, apparently because the 3G Kindle connects to the web via Amazon's "Whispernet," it circumvents the Great Firewall. The 3G Kindle isn't officially for sale in China, but it's been selling fast on the greymarket there, and this is probably why. And really, there's not much the Chinese government will be able to do to stop this as far as I can see.
