Hostage incident at BMW France



French police have arrested an employee of BMW France, who allegedly came into the automaker's branch office in Paris on Monday afternoon and fired a gun on the premises.
The incident in the Montigny-le-Bretonneux section of the French capital lasted more than 2 hours and police were forced to dispatch an elite anti-crime brigade to deal with the situation. The man had taken three people hostage after firing two shots in the lobby of the building in the southwestern neighborhood of Paris.
The alleged gunman, identified as an employee of BMW France who is in his 50s, was taken into custody peacefully. No one was hurt in incident.
