What's better than fine dining in a swanky hotel suite? Fine dining at the At.mosphere, the world's highest restaurant in the world's tallest building, the Burj Khalifa.
Located on the 122nd floor, At.mosphere wears the crown for the highest restaurant on Earth. Food is relatively inexpensive too, with a "nice lunch costing as little as $80 and dinner at $121" a person. It's cheap if you're an oil prince or millionaire or billionaire — like pennies to these luxurious folk.
At.mosphere's designer, Adam Tihany says the restaurant is supposed to be "a cave like space" that "makes you feel safe and elegant" when you're up there. With 180-degree views visible from floor to ceiling high windows, I haven't a clue on how anyone wouldn't get vertigo from just a gander out the glass. PHOTOS
