If you're the kind of person who just lets the water run as you wash your hands, comb your hair, and straighten your clothes, this faucet could force you to change your wasteful ways.
Kind of like one of those paper towel dispensers that will only shoot out one sheet every few seconds, the One Liter Limited faucet will only provides about a quart of water before you need to wait for its supply to refill. Presumably you can stop it half way while you wash, then restart the flow to rinse.
This is a pretty clever way to remind people that they need to conserve, but I wonder how well it would work in a really busy public restroom where there's a constant stream of customers. I also wonder whether designers Yonggu Do, Dohyung Kim & Sewon Oh were smoking from a really cool looking bong, when one said, "dude, that would make a awesome faucet".
At least this design doesn't traumatize a poor little goldfish. PHOTOS
