Netflix has invaded TVs, home computers, iPads, the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and even the Wii, and now the service is finding a home on iPhones and iPods. The only place we're still waiting for Netflix? Android handsets.
As long as you're running iPhone OS 3.1.3 or have an iPod Touch, you should be good to go. If you've used Netflix on the iPad, the experience is similar here, just smaller. You can view all the movies you've added to your streaming queue, and search for more video content to watch right from your phone.
The big kicker here is that your video playback will obvious fluctuate with what kind of reception you're getting. That means that areas with strong a 3G or Wi-Fi signal will keep things smooth, though any network hiccups could make watching a movie or show more trouble than it's worth.
With Apple suite of mobile devices squared away, Netflix is setting its sights on Android, next. No word on when we can expect that, though.
