Despite the hype surrounding the teaser image to promote Asus' new Eee PC series dubbed "Sirocco," it turns out the product is little more than a pimped-up Asus Eee PC 1015PEM Netbook.
Other than a new textured paint job in purple, gold, or pink, the Sirocco sports the same 10.1-inch display, Intel N550 dual-core Atom processor, and Windows 7 Starter operating system as the 1015PEM. You can check out a hands-on video after the jump, but we're guessing you'll probably want to skip this one and wait for Fusion-powered minilaptops instead.
