Whopping 128GB SD cards ensure you'll never delete photos ever again
Many moons ago, 2GB SD cards were considered more than enough. Do you recall Toshiba's 32GB SD cards from way back? How would you like a 64GB or 128GB SD card?
Today, most people have 8GB SD cards crammed into their cameras to take all those high-def photos and videos, but there is never enough room.
We all hate to delete our pics. Lexar's new range of professional SDXC memory cards kick things up a notch with 133x speeds (20MB per second). Who would have thought that we'd be toting around 128GB of storage in the size of a postage stamp, ten years ago?
These little bits of flash on plastic are bonafide grade-A memory cards. There's plenty of room to preserve your entire digital life on these bad boys.
But, don't whip out the credit card or mattress stash just yet, because boatloads of storage costs boatloads of money. The 64GB card is $400 and the 128GB is $700 — neither of which are splurge-friendly figures. You decide if you want a new entry-level DSLR or a pro SD card.
