Alley-oop slam by 5-foot-11 Keifer Sykes was the dunk of the weekend

As if Green Bay's 15-3 record and top 50 RPI aren't reason enough to pay attention to the Phoenix this winter, here's something else that makes the Horizon League favorites worthy of attention.
Keifer Sykes (USATSI)
They have a 5-foot-11 point guard who's as explosive a dunker as anyone his size in the nation.
Keifer Sykes helped Green Bay avoid an upset at Illinois-Chicago on Sunday afternoon with a 21-point performance that included a pair of memorable dunks. One is a soaring alley-oop slam off a designed play against a 2-3 zone. The other is a simple but picturesque two-handed breakaway slam.
Of course, dunking isn't all that Sykes is good at. The junior is leading Green Bay at 20.4 points per game and is shooting 50.6 percent from the field, two big reasons why the Phoenix are expected to win the Horizon League and reach the NCAA tournament. VIDEO
