The iPad competitors are starting to trickle in now, what with the JooJoo on sale and the Samsung entrant just over the horizon. Huawei are looking to get n on the action too now, as they prepare to sell their S7 Android tablet through e-tailers Expansys.
The 7" tablet features a WVGA 800x480 resistive touch screen, powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor running at 768MHZ . There is built in Wi-Fi and 3G connectivity, as well as a mic and 2MP camera, and storage space that stretches to 32GB with a microSD card.
Expansys CEO Anthony Catterson said: "This is one of the most highly anticipated launches in the PC market for many a year. Clearly the iPad has grabbed many of the headlines but when it comes to value under the hood and smooth lines outside, at £299.99, there really is nothing to touch the S7. It's a beauty, in every sense. We are delighted to be able to offer it for sale exclusively in the UK."
