Naked eye television system requires no 3D glasses, just awesome content

The primary stumbling block to 3D television taking off among consumers may have finally been conquered with the debut of Toshiba's new naked eye 3D television system.
Presented at the recent CEDEC 2010 conference, Toshiba's naked-eye 3D display technology uses something called integral imaging to achieve the feat of allowing you to view 3D content from up to nine different angles without the use of special glasses. The company hopes to roll out the technology commercially in the near future in to enhance not only television viewing but the world of video games as well.
