Deadly Dragons Mod
By 3Jlou
Ancient lore has it that dragons are an incredibly powerful foe. But while Skyrim's default dragons are indeed strong, they're far from the meanest kids on the block. A single giant can bludgeon one to death with a big stick, for crying out loud! That's why Deadly Dragonscame to be: to put the winged lizards in their rightful place atop Skyrim's food chain. The mod has many different options, including difficulty level, dragon weighting, crafting, and more. Be sure to take a careful look at the instructions before you install.
Now with 200% more fiery death from above!.
High Resolution Fantasy Dragons Mod
By UmadBro
There are many types of dragon in Skyrim, but you practically have to be a chicken-sexerto tell one from another when those drums start beating and fire is raining down all around you. High Resolution Fantasy Dragons Mod fixes this problem by coloring each type very distinctly. For instance, the Frost Dragon is a "chilling blue," and the Blood Dragon is a "fiendishly gruesome red." Now when death comes from above, you'll know exactly what you're in for.
Obvious dye job.
Dragonbone Weapons Mod
By AeonVita
Here's what I don't get: how can dragon bone be a perfect substance for forging armor, yet not make a single weapon? AeonVita has answered the question with his Dragonbone Weapons mod, which adds recipes allowing you to forge an arsenal of weapons from the weighty skeleton. Most weapon types are represented, and the mod comes in whitened and darkened versions of the bone texture. Plus there's an additional pleasure of ripping dragon hearts from their slain carcasses -- you'll need those for weapon creation.
Mandatory: when you forge one, you must name it "My Boner."
Dragon Souls to Perk Points
By Nullcascade
This mod is the answer to the age-old question, "What the heck am I supposed to do with all of these leftover dragon souls?" Consider Dragon Souls to Perk Points a recipe for transmuting. The exact ratio can be customized by tweaking the ini file, but it starts out at a pricy 10 dragon souls to one perk point. It's a small tweak to Skyrim, but the impact on the endgame is huge: slay enough, and you could conquer every tree in the game.
That's one-tenth of a perk right there!
Macho Dragons Mod
By FancyPantz
The late, great Intercontinental Wrestling World Heavyweight Champion 'Macho Man' Randy Savage, now reincarnated in Dragon form, is guaranteed to liven up your Skyrim experience with his trademark cowboy hat, bandanna, sunglasses, and "Yeeeeaaaaaahhhhhh!!" scream. Bonus: here's one for the Bronies.
