Carrying a slingshot must be out of style this already, because this lately, it's all about the crossbows. This here is Patrick Priebe's WristBow — a homemade crossbow-gauntlet that can take your eye out from nine feet away with laser-targeted accuracy. Be scared.
Priebe's no newbie to tinkering. You may remember that he made the laser repulsor beam that can fire a 1,000 milliwatt laser and blind a person. His WristBow gauntlet is 100 percent homemade out of solid metal, carbon fiber tubings and brass and steel tips.
And it all started as a weekend project that eventually turned into 10 days of work. Don't believe that his WristBow can hurt even the manliest of men? Just watch the video. It pops balloons, punctures soda cans, cuts through apples, breaks light bulbs. Don't tell me that's not deadly!
